Specimen Hunting
For Specimen hunters here at Fish North West, We are blessed with some of the best lakes and rivers around us that have produced countless specimen Tench, Bream, Rudd, Roach, Hybrids, Trout, Pike, and Perch. The North West of Ireland has some of the best wild and lightly fished rivers and lakes in Europe.
Over the last 30+ years of fishing and countless days of getting up in the dark to be at the water before sunrise so I could walk around the lakes/rivers to watch the fish move and where they feed at different times of the year, I can finally say I’ve been able to Track them down so Book a trip with us.
Big fish aren’t found everywhere, and if you want to catch certain species you’ve got to be prepared to travel for them by car, foot, or boat. but if they result in the fish of a lifetime, they’re certainly worth the effort. If you’re chasing specimen fish, you might not catch anything or that fish of dreams.
